A simplified and artistic outline of the iconic Mt. Garfield inside the shape of a location marker connects Primary Care Partners to the Grand Valley community and emphasizes its provider’s commitment to be Your Healthcare Destination, their new tagline.
Just as the destination pin tells a story, so too does the retro color scheme, which is a nod to the late 70s & early 80s when Primary Care Partners’ founding providers at Western Colorado Physicians Group formed DOCS on Call in response to a community need.
