Position Purpose

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for technology and healthcare to join our team. This person will get the opportunity to learn development on the Creatio Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, partner with technology and operations partners to develop application enhancements, and respond to any issues or concerns that might arise. This role offers a unique blend of low-code and code-based (e.g., C#, .net, java script, etc) development opportunities to respond to operational or technical needs, deploy and test these solutions, and then monitor and respond to any issues that might arise. They will get the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the processes and sources that generate information in the form of data for the organization as well as identify opportunities to improve technical processes.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop applications, dashboards, reports, code scripts, business processes, automations, and other technical features on the Creatio CRM platform following the Agile development process in collaboration with the IT and Operations teams at Monument Health.
  • Compile, synthesize, and critically analyze clinical and other care-related information and data from a variety of sources in order to drive improvement in health outcomes, decrease cost and optimize the network.
  • Use code and open-source technologies to analyze and report key metrics, answer business/clinical questions using principles of causal inference and optimize internal processes and tools.
  • Present findings from analyses to stakeholders and colleagues using structured communication following critical internal review.
  • Support internal team members with network or technology
  • Assist team members with Projects can include entering data; taking meeting minutes; archiving files; updating queries; updating dashboards; building tools.
  • Light housekeeping (shared by all employees).
  • Protect Monument’s value by keeping information
  • Review systems and processes and suggest/make modifications to address
  • Occasional travel is required for conferences and
  • Perform other related duties as necessary for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Entry-level technology experience or demonstrable experience in using code to critically analyze or solve a problem is preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytic skills and aptitude for using open-source software and coding tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Jupyter, C#, .net, JavaScript, GitHub, ).
  • Experience in Creatio (or some other CRM platform, g. Salesforce) is preferred. Specific training in Creatio will be provided upon hire.
  • Must be a highly-motivated, self-driven person who can learn quickly and be comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment where direct feedback is regularly provided.
  • Must adopt and live the Monument Health core

Education and Certifications Requirements

Training in a technical field (e.g. math, statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics, business analytics, data science, etc) is preferred.

The normal work routine of this position does not involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. The person holding this position will not be called upon to perform or assist in emergency medical care or first aid or to be potentially exposed in some way. Category III does include handling of implements, utensils, equipment; using public restrooms and public telephones; and personal contacts such as handshaking.
