A free program with weekly engagement to help children ages 6 to 18 and their caregivers with healthy lifestyle management to reach and maintain a healthy weight.
WIC
A free program for eligible pregnant and postpartum parents as well as families with children under age 5 to help educate parents on healthy diets, healthy pregnancies, successful breastfeeding, and overall provides support and inspiration to raise healthy kids.
