We love our D51 teachers! Monument Health is a proud supporter of the School District 51 Induction Team with a grant that will provide new teachers attending the Induction and Mentoring Program with healthy snacks and dinners during their training sessions throughout the ‘22-’23 school year. As a key partner in D51’s strategic planning team, Monument Health is a strong advocate of this initiative that speaks directly to the Prepared and Engaged Staff pillar within the strategic plan.
The D51 Induction Team works tirelessly to train 150 educators every year in a comprehensive program aligned with the D51 Learning Model. The holistic program focuses on developing new teachers both inside and outside the classroom in areas including self-care, resiliency, and mindfulness, which are critical in equipping and empowering D51 educators. “Our ongoing partnership with Monument Health is an important relationship,” stated Erin Dryanski, D51 Induction Specialist, “We tremendously value your support of our mission and community.”
It is a privilege for Monument Health to support our new educators in the Induction and Mentoring Program, as they prepare to engage, equip, and empower each and every student, each and every day.
