Since Monument Health’s inception in 2016, we have partnered with Colorado Mesa University (CMU) to hire and train interns.
We strive to meaningfully contribute to each student’s experience by matching internship opportunities with their unique interests. By doing this, we are able to build lasting relationships with our future workforce. In fact, we hire CMU interns every year through our internship program, and have hosted many student interns over the years. Many of them, including our own Lauren Mason and Jennifer Cook, have gone on to work at Monument Health in a full time capacity after graduation.
This summer is no different! We are excited to welcome Franchesca Selle and Zach Russell into our internship program this summer.
Franchesca Selle
Clinical Operations Intern
Franchesca is a rising junior majoring in exercise science at CMU, and aspires to a future career as a physical therapist. As a clinical operations intern, she will be researching and analyzing how to reach and serve more individuals in the community, and building clinical workflows for future clinical programs at Monument Health. Franchesca grew up in Pueblo, Colorado where she was very active in sports, specifically cheerleading. Her hobbies include singing and theater.
Zach Russell
Business Operations Intern
Zach grew up in Texas and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems at CMU as a rising junior. During his internship with Monument Health, he will help improve the Good Life Wellness Solutions employee platform, which is used to engage and support employees to live healthy lives. When Zach is not studying or working, he enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, gaming, and working with mechanical keyboards.
