Marguerite Tuthill brings a wealth of experience in accountable care models to Monument Health as our new director of operations.
After earning her Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health—Marguerite worked as the director of value-based payor contracting and data for the Western Healthcare Alliance where she was instrumental in developing a rural clinically integrated network with Medicare performance fee contracts.
Most recently, she served as the director of business development for HopeWest where Marguerite coordinated operational activities, led strategic initiatives, and developed commercial contracting plans for the hospice and palliative care non-profit.
